Role Summary:
As a Contact Service Agent, you will service as first point of contact for all Payroll-related inquiries.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Intake and manage payroll-related enquiries from employees and Business Unit partners
Resolve and close inquiries as first-point-of contact where possible
Reset payroll employee self-service passwords
Provide a high level of support by ensuring all enquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner
Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner
Qualifications:
Great command of spoken and written English
High School degree or equivalent
3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce
Experience with payroll systems
Basic knowledge of Payroll
Excellent customer service skills
Good command of MS Office
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details
Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills
