Texas Instruments is seeking a Design Verification Manager. In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a design verification function. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As a Design Verification Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Manage an AMS Design Verification team with execution ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing
Actively participate in hiring, developing and evaluating personnel to ensure efficient operation of the organization and growth of the individuals into leaders
Responsible for driving accountability and execution excellence within the team
Responsible for mentoring the team, driving increasing capabilities of the team and performance management of the team
Make assignments for team members, providing guidance as needed, developing schedules and monitoring progress throughout the project
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable successful execution of products to production
Be a verification subject matter expert for interfacing with our customers for custom chips
Drive innovation and excellence in verification methodologies not just for the custom projects for this team but for TI at large

Minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of AMS verification experience
Semiconductor Design Verification experience of Analog Mixed Signal products utilizing SystemVerilog, Verilog-A / Verilog-AMS.
Experience with Analog regressions in ADE-L/ADE-XL or Maestro
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in managing or leading high performance DV teams will be a plus
Ability to generate detailed chip verification plans, with appropriate resource allocation
Experience writing models for analog circuits and systems, either in Verilog AMS or real number models in SystemVerilog.
Deep knowledge of Analog circuit simulators for debug and optimization of runtime.
Extensive track record of success with chip level verification execution for new product development
High sense of responsibility and ownership
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work directly with customers
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
