Your Career

This role serves as a key contributor to the optimization of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process within the organization. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrated Q2C processes, actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and delegating tasks as needed. This individual will also play a critical role in coordinating and managing testing activities within the broader deal governance organization, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.

Your Impact

  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integrated Q2C processes, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

  • Actively participate in and delegate tasks within cross-functional initiatives related to Q2C process improvements.

  • Coordinate and manage testing activities across the deal governance organization, including:

  • Collaborating with the Documentation Manager to ensure effective education and training materials are developed and disseminated prior to testing.

  • Overseeing the execution of testing activities and ensuring accurate and timely completion.

  • Analyzing testing results and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with the Quoting Facilitation team to ensure that identified point issues are effectively captured and incorporated into enhancement requirements for Q2C processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Q2C processes and technologies.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Q2C process documentation and training materials.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash processes, including order management, revenue recognition, and contract administration.

  • Strong understanding of integrated Q2C processes and best practices.

  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects effectively.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Slides.

  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Jira, (need to add what we use for Product management)

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant experience on Q2C processes

  • Experience with multiple stakeholders and knowledge of Sales Operations and Deals Desk functions

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $122,000/yr to $167,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here .
