INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE MECHANICS II NEEDED! THIS IS NOT A HANDYMAN POSITION.

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND STRONG PLC KNOWLEDGE!

• Strong electrical background, Understanding 3 phase 460VAC and 110VAC control sources as far as determining power.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and perform equipment repairs
• Understand OHMS law Voltage availability
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate
• Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems
• Strong commitment to safety and quality processes, including but not limited to lockout Tag Out (LOTO)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoots production equipment and mechanical failures, repairs and performs preventative maintenance (PM) as required to ensure equipment reliability
• Assists Operations, Quality and Engineering teams with root cause analysis for 5 Whys change management, Incident Management, and Non-Conformances to identify reasons for incident causes.
• Works with operators and support production and transfer skills to other technicians
• Works with teams to fabricate machine parts as needed, and isresponsible for shop cleaning and 5S.
