Description We are in search of a Staff Accountant to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. The primary function of this role is to handle a variety of accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger management, and month-end close procedures. This role will also require proficiency in several accounting systems like NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the processing of accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate record-keeping

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly to maintain accurate financial records

• Maintain and manage the general ledger, making necessary adjustments and corrections

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process

• Utilize accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting functions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on account status

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and update them as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is required

• Familiarity with General Ledger is necessary

• Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries is essential

• Must have experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of NetSuite is beneficial

• Proficiency in Oracle is a plus

• Experience with QuickBooks is desirable

• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
