Description

We are offering a contract for a Full Charge Bookkeeper role in Santa Maria, California. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with the upkeep of our financial records, processing financial transactions, and providing timely financial insights.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire financial bookkeeping of the company.

• Use computerized accounting systems for accurate record-keeping.

• Monitor financial discrepancies and irregularities and provide resolutions.

• Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all financial data.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations.

• Prepare financial reports for management as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.

• Familiarity with a Computerized Accounting System is required.

• Experience with Microsoft Office is essential.

• Bookkeeping certification or 5 years of experience is required.
