Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and recording incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.

• Coordinate with internal departments like production and quality control to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Maintain shipping logs, track shipment status, and update records diligently.

• Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.

• Properly store materials in designated locations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient space utilization.

• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in shipping processes

• Experience with ERP software

• Strong computer skills (Excel, GlobalShop, Sage Intact)

• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping (UPS World Ship and FedEx)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
