Join our External Fulfillment (EF) Seller coaching team as a Specialist focused on driving seller success and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer experience with seller needs while demonstrating strong ownership. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring world-class seller experience in one of Amazon's fastest-growing and highest-impact initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Provide comprehensive operational coaching via email and phone
Guide sellers to meet EF Program Rules and performance standards
Support sellers to increase their selection to enable sales growth
Proactively educate sellers on best practices, drive features adoption, and perform deep dives into operational pain points.
Identify and address operational bottleneck, collaborate with Operational Excellence and Program team to address issues
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Strong business judgement
Analytic
Solution oriented and creative
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data, seller communication and a strong customer focus.
