We are searching for the best talent for a Sales Compensation Specialist to be located in So Paulo , Brazil.

Purpose:

Helps establish and implement a sales operations strategy to streamline sales processes through integration of automated sales systems to boost productivity and allow sales team members to focus on meaningful customer engagements.

Collaborates with key cross-functional departments and establishes relationships with sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of Quota Setting and go-to-market strategies that illustrate a unified sales approach.

Utilizes key performance indicators to track sales performances, report on under-developed sales capabilities, and measure customer experiences to generate actionable insights that inform the design of sales enablers, optimization of sales journey processes, and integration of new standard sales operation practices.

Constructs industry leading sales strategies, performance reporting, and sales enablement platforms to develop complex modifications to departmental training processes and educational development programs.

Conducts complex analyses on the competitor landscape and conducts market research to identify sales trends that influence business drivers and inform the implementation of sales strategies that accelerate sales growth and create business opportunities.

Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine key sales compensation strategies that reflects on sales quota definition.

  • Develop and implement flawless sales compensation processes, with focus on Quota Process, and tools to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Responsible for data agenda: analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Set, manage and optimize sales territories and quotas.

  • Ensure strict adherence to sales policies and procedures.

  • Conduct trainings and workshops to enhance sales team's skills and competencies regarding compensation knowledge.

  • Support the successful implementation of sales initiatives and projects through the compensation view.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years with proven experience in sales compensation, and sales operations, specially in the definition of sales team quotas, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret proactively complex data and demonstrated ability to translate data to insights.

  • Hands-on individual with strong data skills to help drive the department's direction towards actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in handling sales team.

  • Ambitious and motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.

  • Exceptional organizational skills. Project management skills are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Visualization platforms etc.).

  • Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented and managing complexity is required.

  • Fluency in English or/and Spanish.

  • Experience in healthcare market is preferred.
