Oracle Senior Principal Program Manager – Customer Delivery Management in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage LAD dedicated cloud customer relationships to ensure region delivery expectations are clear, communicated, and issues are resolved in a timely manner

  • Provide a single point of contact for customer leadership and project teams

  • Own work-back schedules, communication plans, and monitor project tasks and milestones

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and negotiate tradeoffs to balance business needs and technical constraints with customer success

  • Drive out solutions with cross-functional teams consisting including Engineering, Product Management, Legal, and executive leadership

  • Deliver internal and external executive status updates, and exercise good judgment to escalate issues and blockers quickly

  • Own Customer Delivery Management program standards, iterate on existing processes, and dive deep to optimize efficiency and productivity

  • Engage with local account teams and sales leaders to ensure alignment with regional strategy initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area

  • Relevant experience managing high visibility implementation projects and/or customer engagements

  • A skilled problem-solver and strategic thinker who takes ownership

  • The ability to work autonomously, make high impact decisions, and judgement calls

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Thrive in an innovative, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus

  • The ability to travel to customer site or local office up to 20%
