Job Summary:

The Supply Finance Manager will oversee the financial management of supply chain operations in Brazil, providing strategic insights to accomplish P&L and Working Capital Targets. This role involves budgeting, cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and financial reporting while ensuring all compliance aspects of the Supply Operation. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for supply chain activities, identifying areas for improvement;

  • Cost Management: Implement cost-saving initiatives, analyze cost drivers, and enhance profitability across the supply chain;

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for supply chain operations;

  • Collaboration: Partner with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to align financial goals with business strategies;

  • Compliance & Risk: Support local tax laws regulations, while identifying and mitigating risks alongside with Internal Controls;

  • Team Leadership: Develop the finance team, promoting best practices and financial literacy across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Experience: 8-10 years of finance experience, with 3-5 years in supply chain finance, preferably in FMCG sectors;

  • Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), strong financial modeling, and advanced English and Portuguese communication skills.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
