Amazon Transportation Learning Coordinator, Transportation Learning Team in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Amazon Transportation is looking for a Learning Coordinator. This position will support operations by preparing new hires to be productive and drive standards adoption.

As Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading onboarding and proficiency programs, driving process standardization and process improvement. You will also perform quality audits and follow up metrics measurement that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within the delivery network.

This position will be based our Amazon Corporate Office in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Key job responsibilities

Create and manage onboarding programs.

Track new hires operational productivity and guarantee soft skills improvement

Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the onboarding plan

Support network level excellence in six sigma and lean practices through designing and implementing processes, metrics, and the proper usage of systems.

Leverage Best at Amazon (BAA) practices to drive process improvements, promote best practice sharing, and standardize work routines

Basic Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree

Corporate and Operations Background

Strong knowledge of and proficiency in soft skills

Experience leading, mentoring, and developing people to achieve key organizational goals

Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

Cross-functional project management experience

Experience using and communicating performance metrics

Advanced Excel and analytical skills

Excellent presentation skills

Fluent Portuguese and Intermediate English

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors’ Degree in Administration, Communication, Operations or related field as well as a MBA is a plus

Experience with Learning Management Systems and content development and 6D certification

Ability to influence others without having positional authority

Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations

Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges

Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
