Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Machinist for our client in Sauk Rapids, MN Perform complex setups and operate mill, lathe , and/or router to machine flat and formed parts to an inch and metric specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings Evaluate and justify new tooling and machining processes Work from schedules, shop orders, established procedures, blueprints, and specifications to identify deviations that can potentially interrupt productivity Maintain logs and other necessary documents Determine the sequence of operations when necessary Perform the first article of inspection when necessary Assist others with machining problems Work independently with moderate supervision Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: Set up and operate Lathe and Mill Machines Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Ability to handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate safety awareness Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
