We are searching for an HRIS Specialist to join our growing Human Resources Team!

As an HRIS Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that our HR processes are seamless, and our data is accurate and secure. You will be involved in configuring the system, creating reports, developing dashboards, and providing technical support to end-users. You will partner closely with other members of the HR team to implement new modules, upgrades, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

How will you impact our organization as an HRIS Specialist on a daily basis?

  • Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring system functionality, compliance, and security.
  • Manage system settings and implement necessary updates, upgrades, and changes.
  • Provide HRIS support, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the SME for the HR team.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, validations, and accurate data entry.
  • Validate data integrations between HRIS and other systems for seamless data flow.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven improvements in HR processes and workflows.
  • Develop and generate advanced analytics, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

In-depth understanding of HRIS platforms, including data management, system configuration, and report creation.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiative.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
