We are searching for a Network Engineer to join our growing IT Team!

As a Network Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.

How will you impact our organization as a Network Engineer on a daily basis?

• Lead network management and configuration for the organization.
• Confirm company data network for critical locations meets business expectations.
• Ensure the data network is always operational, monitor network service desk tickets, and respond based on criticality.
• Provide ongoing maintenance of the network configurations, ensuring compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
• Manage network hardware, operating systems, and applications, including capacity planning and logistics.
• Ensure service quality while managing and providing timely support to users, stakeholders, and other support teams.
• Assist in developing root cause analyses and manage completion of corrective actions for data center services.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to consistent practices for the implementation and change to WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services, including VOIP-based telephony.
• Assist in developing technical requirements, business plans, and proposals, including the planning and design of technical projects, vendor selection, and cost/benefit analyses as applicable.
• Track and report progress on project and daily technical operations.
• Stay current with industry standards, trends, evolving technologies, and best practices to inform and fulfill network management requirements.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.

Minimum of three to five years of proven experience in network management, including a strong background with network and security management tools.
