ROLE: Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: General Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
?
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Company Handbook.
?
Able to develop improvements to existing practices where necessary.
?
Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and other company employees.
?
Coordinate and schedule projects with customer point of contact
o
Stick to scheduled commitment; any potential deviation from the schedule will need to be approved by the customer.
?
Communicate issues on daily/weekly basis with direct manager.
?
Business development
?
Manage profitability of jobs that you are assigned too.
?
Review project contracts
?
Site visits for new projects
?
Attend project meetings on and off site.
?
Review and submit equipment submittals, track and coordinate with subs and suppliers
?
Submit and track RFI’s
?
Review, manage, and track project addendums, change orders, ASI’s and PR’s
?
Review project job packets for accuracy and approve
?
Project progress billing schedule of values for approval
?
Manpower forecasting for projects
?
Develop and submit project schedules and job cost reports
?
Assist with A/R collections if needed
?
Complies with all safety (OSHA and company) requirements during all stages of project executions at the highest level to mitigate, or avoid, any type of incident and/or accident.
?
Create sense of urgency with all crews specific to their job responsibilities
?
Actively promote employee involvement. Ask employees for their input on solutions to problems, best practices, etc., to motivate team toward common company goal and objectives. (2-way communication is critical to ensure team members understand and implement the work plan according to scope.)
?
Supervises and leads team members while optimizing resources (manpower, equipment, & materials) to ensure efficient, safe, and timely completion of project.

Inspect equipment for damage and verify voltage, tonnage, manufacture, etc. to ensure it’s the piece of equipment DMC ordered
o
After project is complete verify that jobsite is cleaned of all job-related material
?
Ensure all paperwork is submitted at the end of the project to endure proper billing cycle – Submit all appropriate paperwork within 24 hours of job completion.
?
Provide close out document to customer to include startup document, O&M manuals, field tickets, and warranty letter
?
Develop cross-training strategy and plan via “on-the-job” training aimed at developing and improving team members competency in required skills.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
