About the role

Your responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries for commodities.

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to quality and delivery standards.

• Collate market intelligence on commodity pricing and trends to inform strategic procurement decisions.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure procurement aligns with business objectives.

• Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers focusing on cost optimisation and quality assurance.

The experience we're looking for

• A proven track record in procurement or supply chain roles, with a keen focus on commodities.

• Excellence in negotiation, coupled with sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• A proactive nature, adept at balancing multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills for both internal teams and external partners.

• Proficient with procurement systems and the MS Office Suite, enabling swift management of procurement activities.
