D&G Support Services, LLC Help Desk Analyst in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois
D&G Solutions is seeking an exceptional Help Desk Analyst (System Admin) to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program. The IGC Program offers a unified platform for accessing critical data, business services, and information related to material asset visibility. It enables seamless integration and management of logistics, supply, and distribution across combatant commands, military services, and federal agencies. Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and troubleshooting IGC production applications and responding to incidents that are generated by system users, through support tickets, email, phone and in-person. Providing technical guidance and instructions to the users for handling the software issues.
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Testing and evaluating new technologies to improve or update existing context. Running reports on overall system performance and usage.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as web designers, product managers, and QA team
Logging and keeping clearly documented records of customer queries.
Updating and managing the internal IT procedural documentation and updating self-help documents to assist users with common queries.
Other duties as assigned by Program Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution OR
Bachelor’s degree (any field) + One of the certifications: Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
2-4 years of experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
2-4 years of experience working with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
Eligibility Requirements:
DoD Secret Clearance
