• Helps to establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all internal communication materials.
• Meets with the business to gather input and information as needed
• Serve as the corporate communications gatekeeper for social media inquiries
• Represents the organization in various community and related industry organizations
• Assist with the development of communications initiatives
• Assist Managers in writing and editing fact sheets, press releases and other communications materials
• Researches and develops copy for all types of communication projects including but not limited to articles, intranet copy, and internal communication materials
• Manage company-wide communications
• Supports the roll out of a wide variety of internal and external business initiatives, including acquisitions, etc.
• Implement & maintain internal website
• Experience in heavy civil proposal development process a plus
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree(s) preferred in: Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Media
• Ability to lead a team of junior marketers
• Ability to support multiple projects and platforms
• Ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
• Strong writing skills including business writing
• Must have strong business acumen
