You will provide administrative support to SWE team members from across the SWE organization. Description

Multi-task, prioritize, and implement a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings, and building moves. Point of contact for the Facilities team to troubleshoot issues in the building and escort non-team members as needed. Coordinate shipments, order/stock office supplies and accessories for the team, initiate POs as needed, and partner with managers to help onboard new hires. - On-site facilities contact for all building related issues, notifying SWE teams of facilities related work when necessary, and partnering with local facilities contacts to ensure needs of the business are met. - Centralize ordering and coordinating equipment for onsite teams in accordance with SWE policies and processes. - Supports activities such as office space planning, maintaining printers, IS&T support, ordering office materials and supplies - Work closely with admins in other locations to understand processes and procedures for each onsite team, and help coordinate any leadership visits - New employee onboarding including, equipment ordering, internal alignment with hiring managers, and Day 1 onsite onboarding process. - Provide support for employee events including the annual holiday event and All Team Meetings at the site. - Oversee site access management for the office, external business guests - Conference room management including assisting with calendaring, and supporting logistics for large group meetings - Support visiting Apple Executives, with responsibility for logistics and organization in coordination with stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment

  • On-site four days a week

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with senior executives and their teams

  • A forward-thinker who takes initiative, can successfully manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, problem solving and constant drive for process improvement

  • Very organized, has an exceptional response rate and flexibility to be available outside of business hours on occasion

  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and upmost discretion.

  • Exceptional ability to partner with others within the various engineering and administrative teams, strong collaborative and diplomatic skills

  • Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are preferred

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $31.10 and $55.35/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
