We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits Specialist to join this team and help manage the employee benefits programs.

Job Summary:

The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administering the company’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related benefits. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries, and managing open enrollment periods.

Duration: 3+ months Contract

Schedule: Hybrid schedule

Day to Day Duties:

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs.

• Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefit-related questions, issues, and claims.

• Oversee the annual benefits enrollment process, including employee communication, system updates, and data entry.

• Will help with open enrollment coming up

• Will be invoicing and reconciling benefits on a spreadsheet

• Multistate benefits

  Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related HR role.

• Experience with EXCEL.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
