*Partner * – Establishing goals and deliverables for a cross functional team, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together: 

•    Establishing key goals and timelines for key projects across the finance and enterprise teams

•    Works collaboratively with and often leads cross-functional teams to coordinate and provide guidance on strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts 

•    Ensures communications are effective, concise and timely and the actions required are clearly spelled out

Plan and Execute - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results: 

•    Works cross functionally to help teams forecast long-range financial and business plan, while considering the overarching company deliverables and goals

•    Oversees and influences comprehensive analysis required to support investment decision for business programs including measurement against key financial metrics and targets 

•    Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives

•    Prepares, communicates and educates both finance and non-finance teams on changing deliverables and timelines while driving efficiency 

*As a business analysis manager, you will… *

• Communicates complex financial information and concepts to both financial and business leaders to support and influence decision making

• Review new business proposals, identifies issues, risk and opportunities.

• Execute financial due diligence and explains ramifications of findings and recommendations for project progress.

• Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results and improve processes. Consults with senior management to present data, propose solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning 7 years

• Applicable industry experience 5 years

• Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams 5 years

• Making recommendations to and influencing decision makers 5 years

• Project management experience

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. 

If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week.

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
