Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter who can frame both metal and wood structures. The ideal candidate will be adept at building temporary stairs and have a strong understanding of safety protocols on commercial jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Frame metal and wood structures.

• Build temporary stairs.

• Ensure safety protocols are followed on commercial jobsites.

• Install safety railings and ropes around restricted areas.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and carpentry.

• Proficiency in framing, both metal and wood.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Competence in using hand tools and power tools.

• Familiarity with commercial construction practices.

• Knowledge of site safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with rough carpentry.

• Understanding of concrete work.

• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

• Experience in general labor within commercial construction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
