Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter who can frame both metal and wood structures. The ideal candidate will be adept at building temporary stairs and have a strong understanding of safety protocols on commercial jobsites.
Responsibilities
Frame metal and wood structures.
Build temporary stairs.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on commercial jobsites.
Install safety railings and ropes around restricted areas.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction and carpentry.
Proficiency in framing, both metal and wood.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Competence in using hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with commercial construction practices.
Knowledge of site safety protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with rough carpentry.
Understanding of concrete work.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Experience in general labor within commercial construction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
