Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Concierge in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be a key player in the hospitality industry, managing the front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating essential services for guests. Your primary function will be to ensure that guests have an outstanding experience by providing top-tier customer service and administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and smooth service

• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills

• Handle reservation bookings and manage scheduling for hotel amenities and services

• Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest to guests, utilizing knowledge of the local area

• Arrange transport services for guests as needed to enhance customer service

• Manage mail and package delivery for guests, maintaining detailed records for administrative assistance

• Promote local events to guests and assist with event planning as required

• Assist guests with personal tasks such as dry cleaning arrangements, grocery shopping, and dining reservations

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to organize files and conduct data entry tasks

• Use your problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay. Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails, and handling paperwork.

• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System, with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.

• Prior experience in providing Concierge Services including guest services, event coordination, and information dissemination.

• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience and resolving issues promptly.

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks quickly and accurately.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for tasks such as data analysis and report generation.

• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling appointments, and task management.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for tasks such as document creation, editing, and formatting.

• Organizational skills with experience in Organizing Files, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy.
