Engineering and Program Management: This role is part of Enterprise Program Management (EPM), where we provide technical standards, tools, processes, training, and subject matter expertise for product engineering and manufacturing. EPM allows all Blue Origin business units to benefit from commonly used capabilities, hardware, and software and assists business units in identifying, selecting, and training engineers from both inside and outside the organization. As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, technicians, and engineers, you will provide experienced technical leadership to Blue Origin program personnel and the established Radiation Effects team. From mission inception to operation, you will ensure success of Blue Origin's systems. You will actively engage program leadership and engineers to drive intelligent system design, part selection, subcontracts, and analyses. Description: We are a cross-functional, multidisciplinary team looking for a detail-oriented PCB Librarian to administer our ECAD library. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a company-wide database of schematic symbol and footprint libraries to be used for all layout projects. Your contributions will directly impact all of Blue's current and future space missions. As anECADLibrarian, you will developECADlibrary elements including electronic schematic symbols, PCBfootprints, and 3D models using vendor datasheets along with industry and company standards. You will work closely with design engineers, component engineers and supply chain on creating EEE parts and maintaining an up to date and accurate parts database. You will also be responsible for driving process decisions, automating, and supporting the integration of our library with other internal tools. Responsibilities: Create/maintain/administer an ECAD library/database of schematic symbols, footprints, and 3D models. Independently manage the component library and provide input on processes and standards to maintain an accurate and organized library. Create/validate library parts for accuracy and compliance with industry and company standards. Ensure library database entries are accurate and complete. Create and maintain documentation for standard library processes. Collaborate with internal teams and PCB vendors. Provide user support of the tools and processes. Required: 4+years of experience creating/maintaining an ECAD library. Basic understanding of PCB manufacturing processes. Experience with Cadence or Altium CAD software. Experience creating/modifying 3D models (CREO preferred). Knowledge and application of IPC PCB design standards including aerospace/space-based requirements. Knowledge ofECADlibrary management practices andECADlibrary development principles to minimize design risks and hazards. Excellent attention to detail and strong task ownership; someone who demonstrates pride in all work. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills. Desired: Associates Degree (or higher) in electronics field or equivalent work experience. Experience using a PLM system (Wind
