ENTRUST Solutions Group Electrical Design Lead in Seattle, Washington
Description
Join our team as a Technical Design Leader, where our extensive knowledge in electric distribution systems allows us to expertly plan and upgrade infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and compliance through advanced tools, geospatial data analytics, and comprehensive reporting across all distribution routes.
This position is hybrid and includes roughly 30% travel to client sites based out of:
Seattle, WA
Denver, CO
Your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of technical expertise in one or more engineering disciplines, identifying training needs, and scheduling appropriate training programs. You will also initiate and maintain extensive contacts with key engineers and officials in other organizations to ensure our practices align with current regulatory requirements and innovations. Additionally, you will lead the training and development of other engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with engineering design and code standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining, implementing, and monitoring a quality control system consistent with ENTRUST’s policies and procedures.

Benefits & Salary:
This position pays between $100,000 and $140,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university
7+ years of relevant work experience within the electric utility industry
Preferred Qualifications:
P.E. Certification
Experience with AutoCAD, Pull-Planner, CYMCAP, and Python
