Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The EVP, Technology is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise technology strategy to drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. This role leads a distributed Technology organization, working closely with leaders across all business functions to ensure technology investments drive measurable business outcomes, enhance revenue opportunities, and improve enterprise efficiency. This role fosters collaboration across functions and ensure that technology continues to be a competitive advantage for Clear Channel Outdoor. Job Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for the Technology organization, fostering a high-performing culture, developing talent, and ensuring alignment across teams to drive execution and deliver on strategic priorities. Ensure technology investments and initiatives align with business priorities by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Real Estate, Legal, and Operations to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and operational excellence across all technology functions. Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise SaaS applications and modernization of legacy systems to support core business functions, including Real Estate, Sales, Finance, Accounting, and HR. Lead the development of proprietary technology solutions that enhance how media is planned, bought, and measured including programmatic automation and industry integrations. Manage enterprise infrastructure, data platforms, network operations, and cloud environments to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all technology services, including connectivity across all corporate and branch locations. Manage the deployment, replacement, and ongoing support of digital displays, ensuring operational efficiency, uptime, and seamless ad delivery across roadside and airport networks. Ensure employees have the tools and resources needed to effectively use enterprise technology by providing technical support, managing hardware and software requests, and optimizing end-user enablement. Develop and lead the enterprise-wide cyber security strategy, ensuring the protection of digital assets, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation against evolving threats. Establish and maintain technology risk management practices, ensuring audit compliance, SOX controls, and enterprise risk governance. Regularly report on technology risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and the Audit Committee. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the Technology organization, ensuring strategic investment in infrastructure, platforms, and innovation. Other projects and duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience,or military experience. Industry certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, CISSP) preferred. Work Experience Fifteen (15) + years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of driving enterprise digital transformation, AI-driven automation, and scalable technology platforms. Experience leading solution engineering, product development, cyber security, and enterprise technology teams in a complex, multi-functional organization. Proven ability to balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring both scalability and reliability in mission-critical technology environments.
