Amazon Business is seeking an experienced web marketer and strategist to lead global initiatives on our marketing website team. In this role, you will partner with central marketing, product, and tech teams to drive global parity and growth for our international websites. You will work on a website team consisting of UX, SEO, and Analytics leads, where your focus will be identifying and scaling team initiatives across 9+ international marketplaces. As a global program lead, you will regularly interact with international stakeholders to socialize best practices, establish processes, and support day-to-day operations.

The right candidate for this role should be a detail and process-oriented individual with previous experience working on websites or similar digital channels. They should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and have experience supporting digital design and UX, content strategy, and/or personalization efforts in previous roles. Nice-to-haves include experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or e-commerce marketing, with a specific focus on websites. Experience with content management systems, web production, and localization are also highly preferred.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive the overall strategy and execution of various website initiatives for 9+ international marketplaces.

  • Maintain project plans and roadmaps for scaling campaigns, content launches, design and UX improvements, and similar website projects.

  • Establish mechanisms and processes for knowledge and opportunity-sharing with international business and marketing teams.

  • Identify new opportunities to drive adoption and usage of marketing content in established and emerging markets.

  • Execute various projects and initiatives to maintain global content and feature parity between US and international websites.

About the team

Our team owns the global business strategy for the Amazon Business marketing website. Our areas of expertise include UX, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and targeting and personalization. We work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams to support various business initiatives, while driving the overall strategy and vision for our website.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process

  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
