Seattle Colleges is looking to hire an IT Customer Support - Journey level in the IT unit.
Salary Range for this position is $74,232 to $99,864 annually.

Position Summary
The Seattle Colleges Information Technology unit is responsible for the development, acquisition, and support of information technology systems and infrastructure, both instructional and administrative, to support all Seattle College students, faculty and staff. The IT Customer Support - Journey position reports to the Chief Information Officer/Associate Vice Chancellor and focuses on the creation and provision of IT related documentation, communication, web content and training.
This position includes no direct supervision.
The IT Customer Support - Journey position has responsibility for creation and updating of IT-related client documentation, communication verbiage, web content and client user training. This position works with all IT staff and solicits feedback directly from clients across the district on needed updates or creations of various materials
This position is FULL time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, primarily 8am to 5pm (specific hours to be determined with supervisor).
This position can work a hybrid schedule of both remote and on-site work, as determined with supervisor (or can be 100% on-site if desired).
This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by WFSE.
