Aerotek Material Handler in Seattle, Washington

Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

• Diligently maintain ERP accuracy when transacting parts into work in process (WIP).

• Document scrap and material changes to maintain stock and manufacturing order accuracy.

• Ensure production has ample raw material to maintain on time builds.

• Material prep primarily consists of cutting fabrics and plastics to set dimensions but may include other tasks as required.

Hard Skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

  • Inventory management and accuracy

  • Experience using a forklift and other equipment

  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest new orders when needed

  • Document orders, materials and any stock movements

Soft Skills

  • Take initiative to help co-workers when able

  • Be a dependable member of the team

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Seattle, Washington.

Work Environment

Warehouse adjacent to a manufacturing environment
