We have maintained a startup culture and are looking for a Program Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead next level of challenges to scale the low ASP program to worldwide customers.
This position requires strong self-motivation and program management skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with product and technology teams to develop automated solutions for complex international problems. This position will be part of the Cross Border Product and technology team which has global responsibility. You will have the opportunity to program manager a key S-team goal initiative. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving cross-border/ cross-regional problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple product and technical teams at Amazon in different locations.
In this role, your key responsibilities will be:
· Stakeholder management and communication
· Centrally Program manage Communication across different stakeholders
. Partner with Product and Tech teams
· Think big and invent new ways to improve Cross Border program
· Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
· Driving results by exercising judgment using available information
Key job responsibilities
Program Manager a key S-team goal Initiative which spans across 20+ countries.
Invent and Simplify and build processes for effective communication and launches.
Reporting and Data Analysis

Track Daily/Weekly Status of launches
Manage various stakeholder meetings
Support Product and Tech teams with Stakeholder communication
Provide Status updates to leadership
Deep dive on blockers and work with teams to unblock
About the team
Cross Border team works enabling Amazon WW selection offering to international customers.
Cross Border selection team supports three business models, Core Exports and Global Stores and GPP.
Our goal is to provide access to the full breadth of Amazon selection to every customer:
Cross-border programs are intended to supplement locally available selection
We offer deals and promotions, closeout surplus stock, and in some areas, introduce customers to global brands
We uphold brand integrity by replacing grey market offerings with a transparent source of authentic products
We provide a superior CX compared to virtual post, which customers
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
2+ years of data analysis experience
Experience managing Stakeholder across different timezones.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
