The Program Operations Analyst reports to the Assistant Director and is responsible for handling financial program and project management responsibilities, including leading and coordinating the Finance, Planning, & Budget (FPB) move plan. Key duties include assisting with budget setting, cash forecasting, reporting, tracking salary and benefits, and distributing funding. Additionally, the Program Operations Analyst will oversee the implementation and execution of a moving project by coordinating schedules, resources, and activities. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Program Management

  • Assist with annual budget setting and support the organization's fiscal health.

  • Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and annual cash forecasting.

  • Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual budget-to-actuals reporting.

  • Track and report on salary and benefit information.

  • Generate ad hoc reports for FPB recharge units as required.

  • Distribute funding through Workday.

  • Monitor and report on spending trends.

  • Collaborate to create the FPB funding model.

  • Handle fund transfers, journal vouchers, payroll accounting adjustments, payroll reporting, new hire costing allocations, and costing allocation audits.Project Management

  • Oversee and manage the implementation, coordination, and execution of FPB move, including schedules and estimates.

  • Complete move checklist and coordinate people and resources.

  • Track move activities and production schedules.

  • Ensure successful completion of project work on time and within the authorized budget.

  • Coordinate with building coordinators and occupants, exchange information, and resolve any issues.

  • Conduct physical surveys of furniture and equipment and maintain inventories.

  • Assist in the move process, verify furniture and equipment, educate users on their new space, and coordinate closeout with IT, surplus, and moving services.

  • Maintain project files and records.Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in accounting and finance.

  • Workday expertise, familiar with standard work tags, cost center, program, resource, funding, function.

  • Project management experience. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in GAAP ad GASB

  • Full scope accounting experience

  • Managerial experience
