University of Washington Medical Center – Northwest – SPINE CENTER (OUTPATIENT/CLINIC) has an outstanding opportunity for a RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST .

WORK SCHEDULE - PART-TIME and/or Per Diem Scheduling Options Available - Preferred Work Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 10am-2pm (with Potential for Flexible Schedule)

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS This new part-time position will provide X-Ray procedures in an outpatient clinic environment at the UWMC-NW Spine Center at Meridian Pavilion.

• Prepares patient and independently performs radiologic exams & procedures

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains equipment

• Documentation

• Coordinates and optimizes customer service and workflow

• Maintains environment

• Training and collaboration REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS - Registered as an X-Ray Technician by the State of Washington- Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist, before completion of probationary period.- Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school and eligible for registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Registry completed before completion of probationary period OR equivalent education/experience.
