Description Radiology Technologist at Swedish Medical Imaging - First Hill Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift Location: Primarily in the First Hill area of Seattle, Washington, but occasionally covering X-ray needs in Issaquah and Bellevue. Job description: As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll perform screening and diagnostic imaging exams, including diagnostic X-rays, fluoroscopy, and bone density (DEXA) scans. You will ensure that department quality standards, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met daily. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school. Coursework/Training: ARRT board certification in radiology Washington Radiologic Technologist upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire Demonstrated ability to operate PACS, RIS, CR/DR x-ray equipment, fluoroscopy, and C-arm to produce anatomical images for diagnostic purposes. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook and Word). Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights.
