Job Description Summary
The Controls & Accessories Senior Supplier Fulfillment Leader will work with suppliers to ensure capacity, readiness and raw materials are positioned to support future production and delivery schedules. You will build relationship with the suppliers’ leadership to drive accountability and performance improvement. In particular, you will gain visibility over sub-tier suppliers’ operations and partner with the suppliers to identify and eliminate constrains affecting short and longer term delivery performance.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
The Controls & Accessories Senior Supplier Fulfillment Leader will drive short term and long term delivery strategy and execution at assigned suppliers.
In addition, you will :
Drive delivery health measured by high on-time delivery, low span, and low delinquency across all assigned suppliers and part numbers
Identify and resolve input material risks through raw material reviews with suppliers
Partner with suppliers and leverage other GE divisions to monitor key sub-tier suppliers and understand and resolve their constraints
Coordinate with functional experts to resolve problems before impact to internal customers
Identify capacity risks at suppliers and program manage the execution of capacity plans in collaboration with the suppliers and GE supply chain, quality and engineering teams
Set up robust OP rhythm with suppliers to monitor WIP
Solve logistics problems to ensure successful delivery outcomes for our customers
Manage supplier relationships, create supplier accountability as outlined in GE Aerospace Supplier Expectations. Build strong relationships with the suppliers’ leadership in order to obtain priority on your projects and swiftly escalate issues
Communicate timely and effectively across key stakeholders at multiple levels of leadership
Partner with Contract Performance Managers, quality engineers and buyers by sharing insights and collaborating on initiatives that benefit the overall sourcing metrics including delivery, quality, delivery and cost
Mentor and coach other Supplier Fulfillment Leaders and grow contractors’ ability to support the delivery team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, or Supply Chain Management
Desired Characteristics

Experience in Sourcing in Aerospace or Automotive.

The salary range for this position is 108,400.00 - 144,500.00 - 180,700.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan. This posting is expected to close on January 09, 2025.
