Position Overview: As a Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., you will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions to optimize business processes. You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and drive the successful implementation of automation projects.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead a team of RPA developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored RPA solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using industry-leading tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, UiPath).
Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure quality standards.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team capabilities.
Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Manage project timelines effectively to deliver successful automation projects.
Document RPA solutions, processes, and user guides for clients.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as an RPA developer, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Strong expertise in RPA tools and technologies (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate), with relevant certifications.
Experience with RESTful services, API Gateways, and Postman.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
Understanding of Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.

Ability to manage expectations by keeping customers informed regarding status and timing.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
