Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare industry for a Sr. Financial Analyst. This remote role is fast-paced with a high degree of ambiguity and involves multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform reconciliation tasks on bank and general ledger accounts
• Handle, process, and interpret a large volume of data using advanced Excel skills
• Adapt to a multi-system accounting environment with different procedures across entities
• Assist in the process of onshoring accounting activities for the team
• Independently identify issues, formulate solutions, and make decisions with minimal supervision
• Assist in managing and analyzing financial information, ensuring all reporting complies with regulations and guidelines
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of current processes and systems
• Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices with team members and other departments.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrable experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Skilled in executing Bank Reconciliations
• Familiarity with General Ledger operations
• Ability to process Journal Entries accurately
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• Ability to handle Month End Close processes
• Experience with Oracle financial software.
