We are seeking a high-judgement product manager to develop a world class experience for Amazon partners to meet their regulatory compliance obligations. This role requires working backwards from selling partners, understanding and designing a low friction experience that allows Amazon and regulators to ensure they are legitimate sellers. The ideal candidate has experience in identifying and understanding customer pain points, working on launching scalable solutions with high impact, and working across functions and stakeholders. They are also able to influence and gain buy-in from different stakeholders such as legal, policy and product stakeholders, and can seamlessly deliver in an ambiguous environment. Problem-solving, product management skills, and executive communication are essential to be successful in this role.

Scaling solutions globally at low cost-to-serve
Managing product roadmaps and annual planning
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience as a product manager or owner
Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
