Blue Origin LLC TA Process Specialist III - Operational Insights in Seattle, Washington

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations. As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will be responsible for evaluating TA's operational processes, assess options for improvements, and implement changes for hiring process. You are excited to dig deep into the tactical details of our day-to-day work to uncover opportunities and will partner across TA and with the HR Analytics team to identify and validate insights you discover. You will partner closely with other members of the team to align and develop plans to implement changes that will unblock operational challenges. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned. You will be reporting to the Director of TA Ops. Responsibilities: Evaluate operational processes across TA; identify and implement improvement opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge and implications of changes to regulations Incorporate technical/functional hiring needs into effective recruiting processes Support workshops and events with relevant stakeholders to drive process improvements Research industry best practices, conduct analysis and identify improvement opportunities to our recruiting coordination practices and processes Support the prioritization of proposed process changes from stakeholders; execute on change management plans to implement changes Support external audits Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related business area is preferred 5+ years recruiting and/or Human Resources background Experience of recruitment process development Understanding of EEO requirements and application to recruiting process Proven success with critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills to build solid relationships, develop solutions, and deliver solutions Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systems Strong internal and external customer service focus Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum Desired: Expertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systems Demonstrated success driving process improvements, including change management Experience with training development or delivery Start up, high growth, or ambiguous environment experience Compensation Range for: CO applicants is $99,330.00-$139,062.00;WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00 Other site ranges may differ Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.
