Gao Lhao Bangkok Noodle Shop is proud to serve authentic Thai food to the Seattle community. We are looking for talented and experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:

• Prepare and cook foods using Thai culinary knowledge, in depth knowledge of Thai culinary cooking, and understanding and executing restaurant's current recipe
• Help lead the kitchen of Gao Lhao Bangkok Noodle Shop by using prior experience in Thai culinary cooking.
• Oversee line cooks in preparing food to ensure the quality is up to standard.
• Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts.
• Plan, design and develop new and exciting recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as authenticity of dishes, seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.
• Craft Thai inspired food and vegetable for plate decoration, and create decorative food displays.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
• Check the quantity and quality of received products.
• Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
• Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
