About The Role:
As a CBRE Funds Workflow Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting Consultants and Managers with workflow and data management of assignments. You'll assist with tracking end-to-end workflow throughout the appraisal process, including entering data in the system, facilitating communication and data transmission between multiple internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with the creation of deliverables.
What You'll Do:
Assist with the appraisal workflow and data management on a daily basis, including updating assignment tracking charts and systems with current information.
Collaborate with client contacts, appraisers, and CBRE team members for RFPs, data requests, inspections and kickoff calls.
Assist with the preparation of engagement letters and invoices.
Develop basic knowledge of key real estate industry terms and valuation metrics.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Ensure Practice Area Guidelines (PAG) and Quality and Risk Management (QRM) protocols related to the bidding process are followed.
Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet timelines.
Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
Effectively manage risk identified through QRM policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience with Tops2 software preferred.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Funds Workflow Analyst position is $55,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $70,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
