Remote position! A global organization based in Secaucus, NJ is currently seeking a Payroll Software Implementation Consultant to support the business through a UKG implementation. The Payroll Software Implementation Consultant will be highly proficient with the UKG platform, with a demonstrated history of implementing the software in organizations with over 10k employees operating across all 50 states. The Payroll Software Implementation Consultant will analyze the existing payroll software setup, and outline data integrity and migration processes, as well as assist with the design of the interface and integration with other existing HRIS software platforms, and the creation of necessary payroll reports. Additionally, the Payroll Software Implementation Consultant will assist with testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities. Recent experience implementing UKG is a must for this role!

Requirements • Proficiency in payroll software such as UKG Pro, UltiPro, and other similar systems

• Knowledge of Multi-state Payroll processing and Payroll Management

• Experience in handling System Conversion and Implementation

• Demonstrated ability to process Payroll across multiple states

• Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures

• Proven experience in Data Migration, especially in payroll systems

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll software

• Prior experience in a consulting role, ideally within payroll software implementation

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in payroll software

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
