Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Calo, you will lead our paid marketing strategies on social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You'll focus on creating, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You'll be responsible for managing and measuring the success of our paid marketing channels, ensuring they align with our business objectives to enhance growth and scale conversions. While collaborating with our marketing and design teams, you will develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience, ultimately contributing to Calo's growth and market presence.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies on social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
Manage budgets and campaigns across these platforms to maximize return on investment and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies
Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance engagement and conversion rates
Monitor trends in social media marketing, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities and platforms
Coordinate with the growth team to improve funnel conversion rates and share insights
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company
Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge & Competency
In-depth experience with social media advertising and media buying platforms
Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets effectively
Familiarity with performance marketing automation technology and analytical tools like Automated Custom Audiences, Meta Reporting, TikTok Reporting, etc
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and A/B testing
Creative mindset with the ability to identify and target key audiences effectively and devising digital campaigns that are engaging
Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels
Strong ability to work with cross functional teams to solve complex problems, and has done so at a fast-growing technology company
Keen interest in staying updated with new technologies and emerging trends in digital marketing
