What You’ll Do:
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term relationships with customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the accounts.
Negotiation & Contracts:
Negotiate agreements, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts.
Ensure terms are mutually beneficial and align with the company’s goals.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Align customer activities with company campaigns and initiatives.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze account performance, sales trends, and market data to identify areas of improvement.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for internal review.
Market Insights:
Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
What you bring to BIC:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position within Key Account Management or sales in FMCG.
Languages:
Fluent in Slovak and English .
Hungarian language skills are an advantage.
Sector Knowledge:
Strong expertise in Traditional Trade .
Knowledge of Modern Trade is an advantage.
Key Competencies:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Analytical skills to assess data and develop actionable strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
