Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding, organizational skills, and communication expertise.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supervising the workflow of the distribution center, assigning duties to staff and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with the company's operational standards

• Monitoring employees to ensure accuracy and safety

• Maintaining accurate records of inventories, distribution, and operational procedures

• Monitor productivity levels and make adjustments as necessary to meet or exceed department goals

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement appropriate changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Participate in coaching conversations from beginning of the coaching until the final coaching

Requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of supply chain operations

• Solid understanding of distribution center processes and best practices

• Good communication and organizational skills

The essential functions of this role include:
