Description
Advertiser Success Team (AST) works on optimizing account’s Sponsored Ads performance for Amazon advertisers. As an Ads Performance Manager, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible in helping them meet their advertising goals by opportunity identification and ads campaign optimization. We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated Ads Performance Manager who will assist Amazon advertisers to optimize their ads accounts to achieve their business goals. Additionally, an Ads Performance Manager also gets the opportunity of testing internal tools and gathering/sharing insights with internal product and tech teams.
To be successful in this role, you should have an experience in interacting with clients (phone/email) and be flexible for changes. You play a key role in growing the business by being the Sponsored Ads expert and developing ads campaign strategy and optimization recommendations to help grow clients’ business. Our environment is fast-paced and requires you to be comfortable with working in a deadline-driven environment. You should possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and be able to explain recommendations to clients clearly and effectively. You should be able to thrive in ambiguous situations with strong skills of stakeholder management and communication. You should have great attention to detail, solid capabilities and skillsets of deep diving, data analyzing, judgment making, multi-tasking (in terms of assisting multiple clients with different issues at one time) and more importantly customer delighting.
Key job responsibilities
Help Amazon advertisers to analyze their Sponsored Ads campaigns’ data, identify opportunities to optimize keywords, targets and tactics for improving campaigns’ performance, and generate optimization recommendations for advertisers.
Engage and communicate with advertisers on a regular basis, to explain to them the logic and values of the optimization recommendations.
Recommend new ads products or tactics to advertisers based on their business goals and their campaigns’ current status.
Manage team’s projects or processes for various regular operations and continuously make improvements to them.
Partner with multiple internal stakeholders for smooth cross-team collaborations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree
Qualified CET 6 (College English Test) grade or more advanced English ability certificate
At least 3 years’ work experience in operations or marketing related functions
Experienced in managing clients with their business goals as targets
Superior communication skills as demonstrated by experience
Solid data analysis skills and flexibility in balancing project requirements and tight deadlines, and keeping multiple projects moving on schedule
Fast learner who desires to work in a fast-paced, challenging and ambiguous environment
Organized, attention to details, and a team player who is willing to roll up sleeves
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical and analytical aptitude.
Excellent data management skill, including excel, SQL, etc.
12-18 months of Experience in Digital marketing / Advertising - Digital Ads, Sales operations, Digital Ads, Optimizations, Campaign Management.
Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
