Responsibilities

-Implement Category Strategy following the centrally stipulated Target Operating Model (TOM) and inform accordingly local Business Partners (BPs).

-Conduct Local Supply Market Study & Demand Analysis, develop & Implement Local Sourcing Strategy

-Deliver financial savings & ensure business continuity.

-Regular review operational model & charging model for optimization opportunities, develop/maintain MSAs to keep/enhance business efficiency & agility

-Lead Complex & High Value Sourcing Events, by collaborating with cross-functional in market & global teams to diagnose business needs and provide one-stop solution for the best benefit of BI.

(To analysis data and business conditions along with market insight, evaluate & recommend the most efficient way, among complex & variable procurement models, to executing strategy and propose solutions with all BI partners. )

-Identify, evaluate and classify sourcing risks and devise risk mitigation measures. Proactively Manage risk & develop local risk mitigation plan.

-Identify and evaluate existing and potential local suppliers as well as the establishment and maintenance of supplier relations.

-Effectively maintain vendor pool based on supplier evaluation result, strategic category strategy & local in market needs.

-Use Business Review Meeting and KPI leverage to resolve potential issues at an early stage.

-Feedback (senior) Category Manager as needed.

-Manage strategic relationship with local Business Partners, global sourcing teams and in-market sourcing teams, to actively collaborate key stakeholders in order to align common goals.

-Coordinate Business Partner demands within Sourcing and ensure that relevant information is shared and Business Partner is supported adequately.

-Optimize buying channels and leverage market opportunities.

-Leverage sourcing tools (including e or reverse-auction, parallel negotiation etc.) & evaluation models (lowest price evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation method...)

-Maximize usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Frame Services Agreements (FSAs) as possible

Job Requirements:

-Degree/education: Master degree preferred or Diploma degree;

-Major focus: Language, Business Administration or Facility Management, IT is preferred.

-At least eight(8) years of sourcing experience in strategic sourcing;

-Excellent in English communication(verbal & written); good presentation skill
