Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational excellence
Optimize medical affairs personnel performance management system from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical affairs department.
Provide project management to support key medical event from TAs
Oversee and plan China medical department budget management
Capability buildup
Build up innovative medical affairs capability to ensure that Takeda is continually innovating and maintain a competitive edge. Develop and execute medical affairs personnel capability developing strategy based on the company strategy.
Develop, execute, and track the medical affairs training plan
Continuously optimize the new staff on-board readiness process and make sure the new staff complete all the courses and obtain the certification
Medical governance
Develop China Medical Governance objectives and KPI, as well as long-term strategy and plan to assure cooperate and operational level compliance.
Strengthen medical governance on review and approval of materials and activities, including but not limited to, Commercial materials and medical materials, HCP sponsorships, Grant/Indirect Sponsorship, Partnership, GEARS, Speaker validation, etc., to ensure all materials and activities are consist with local regulation and Takeda internal standards and SOPs.
Ensure Non-GxP SOP training system are established and maintained to support company requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
- University Degree in Medical or Pharmacy, Master degree is preferable.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- Minimum 2 year related working experience in pharmaceutical company. Medical affairs training experience is preferred. Experience of complex project management in multinational company.
Professional Knowledge and Skills
Excellent teamwork/collaboration.
Excellent planning and organization skills and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure in a busy environment and manage change, excellent problem-solving skills.
Thorough knowledge of RDPAC and related local regulations.
Good at Microsoft Office.
Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
