Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class quality team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our HVAC, Door & PD&G products.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the method team, you will be responsible of all industrialization activities (projects, process, tools, internal and external production improvements) related to assembly/housing/testing process.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor degree of welding or material engineering.

• At least 5 years’ experience in HVAC Engineering / Manufacturing.

• Know how to use IT tools (Pro-E, word, excel. …)

• Able to follow-up several projects at the same time

• Creative, imaginative, and practical sense

• Good reporting skills

What will your typical day look like?

• Lead the project process team and arrange the works (Process documents, Routine Test documents, drawings, specific tooling, standard tooling, Production lines layouts, test procedures, qualification procedures …) required for the highest level of process engineering.

• Responsible for lead and monitor special process, welding, riveting, gluing, brazing, cramping etc.

• Follow-up and give assistance to the design office engineering.

• Write and maintain up to date all project process documents.

• Follow-up and assist internal production as well as main sub-contractor production.

• Plan, manage and realize the necessary investments for production equipment.

• Conceive and design jigs and special tools.

• Study and organize the workstations, permanently try to improve the flow and working capital.

• Check the good respect of processes and correct use of tools.

• Anticipate production risks, quality risks.

• Communicate & work closely with design, purchasing, production and administration departments.
