Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of planners to arrange master production plan, detail scheduling and materials requirement according to the demand from both local Chinese market and oversea customers. Ensure robust and resilient supply meet both business need and company profitability target.

Production Planning：

-Evaluate and arrange yearly & monthly volume planning according to rolling net requirement update、drug license timeline and non-production site activities.

-Coordinate urgent demand changes within M+3 and adjust production plans accordingly to support business

-Arrange detailed production scheduling plans for M+1 in GRP(Boehringer Ingelheim Global Planning system) according to FG orders, based on stock policy, master data and resources

-Daily follow-up of production execution and FG availability with TO and Quality, coordinate supply interruption and initiate necessary bottleneck management

-Own and manage line capacity overview, consolidating all non-production activities, to ensure both continuous supply, smooth production scheduling, and site strategy projects needs.

Material Planning：

-Run material plan in GRP(Boehringer Ingelheim Global Planning system) according to production scheduling and material stock policy

-Issue and release Purchase requisition based on approved TS

-Prepare rolling net requirement of Boehringer Ingelheim intercompany bulk/API according to finished goods plan and stock policy

-Timely call-off BIX@ sales orders and coordinate delivery of intercompany materials

Planning Master data Planning

-Execute daily planning job in GBS-SAP, GRP and MDGx, follow set guideline and timely report issues to global team as local key user

-Procurement and supplier management

Requirements ：

• At least 3 years working experience in multi-national companies supply chain, with involvement in planning and inventory management

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry, medical device or FMCG essential

• Experience of leading people

• Fluent both written and verbally in English

• Excellent computer skills
